Two locations, both exceptional
Sliabh Liag Sauna
Killybegs: Portnacross Pier, overlooking Fintra Bay — 25 min drive
Teelin: Teelin Pier, at the foot of the Slieve League Cliffs — 38 min drive
The standout sauna experience in the area, and one of the finest in Ireland. Two locations: a cedar wood-fired sauna at Portnacross Pier in Killybegs with cold plunge pool and sea swimming, and another at Teelin Pier, right at the base of the Slieve League Cliffs. The Teelin session pairs perfectly with a clifftop walk: spend the morning on the cliffs, recover in the sauna at the bottom. Both locations offer online booking with live availability.
