Operations & Guest Experience Manager
We are currently seeking a hands-on leader to become the face of Donegal Manor. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Manager to take full ownership of the property’s daily operations. You will lead the team, manage the guest experience, and bring our new vision to life.
- The Role: Full Operational Leadership & Business Development.
- The Package: Competitive Salary (€42k) + Performance Bonus.
- The Person: A "Working Manager" who loves the floor as much as the strategy.

We are currently undertaking a significant investment program, including a complete interior remodel and extensive landscape design, to elevate our property into a premier boutique destination.
