The big celebration
30-40 people, music, dancing, champagne at midnight, speeches, games, the full works. The Manor is built for it — open-plan living, no noise restrictions, and enough bedrooms that nobody drives home.
The intimate gathering
A smaller group of family or close friends. A long dinner, good wine, the fire lit, a quiet toast at midnight, and a walk on the beach the next morning. Not every New Year's has to be a party.

Start the year right
No rush to check out. No hangover in a taxi queue. Just a fresh Donegal morning.
Big breakfast
Start with a late breakfast prepared by the chef, or cook your own at whatever pace suits. Full Irish, pastries, coffee — everything to ease into the new year.
Rossnowlagh beach
Start the year with a walk on one of Donegal's most beautiful beaches. Bracing, empty, exactly what you need. 20 minutes away.
Murvagh and the dunes
A peaceful walk through the dunes and forest. Quieter than Rossnowlagh, sheltered from the wind. Perfect for easing into the day.

Can your chef prepare a New Year's Eve dinner?
Yes. Our professional chef can prepare a celebration dinner for your group, along with breakfasts and any other meals. Dietary requirements are catered for — just let us know when booking.
Can we bring our own food and drink?
Absolutely. You have full access to the professional kitchen and can self-cater entirely. The kitchen has gas hob, ovens, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, work surfaces, and equipment for 30+ guests.
Is there a minimum stay for New Year's Eve?
New Year's bookings are typically a minimum of 2 nights (New Year's Eve and New Year's Day). Contact us with your preferred dates and we'll confirm availability.
Can non-staying guests attend the celebration?
Yes — you can invite day guests to join the celebration. There is ample space in the living areas and on the grounds. A surcharge applies for non-staying guests.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10.30am. We can sometimes be flexible for groups — just discuss with us when booking.
