What an absolute delight of a place to stay. Especially for large groups with kids. Our kids didn't want to go sightseeing as they didn't want to leave the manor. Ample space for them to play and so many board games and toys to choose from. A big kitchen with all possible modern appliances which helped us cook our own food.

Beaches
Rossnowlagh for surfing and sandcastles, Murvagh for peaceful walks through the dunes. Both within 20 minutes.
Slieve League cliffs
Among the highest sea cliffs in Europe. A spectacular drive and walk — about 45 minutes from the Manor.
Donegal Bay Waterbus
A boat trip around Donegal Bay with seal-spotting and local history. Fun for all ages.

Frequently asked questions
How many guests can you accommodate?
Donegal Manor sleeps up to 48 guests (maximum 42 adults) across 15 ensuite bedrooms. Room configurations include suites, family rooms, king rooms, and double king rooms — so there's something for every generation.
Are children welcome?
Absolutely. Children of all ages are welcome. We have family rooms with additional beds, highchairs available on request, and plenty of outdoor space for kids to run around.
Is there an accessible room?
Yes, we have one wheelchair-accessible ensuite bedroom on the ground floor. Please let us know your requirements when booking so we can make arrangements.
Can we cook our own meals?
Yes. You have full access to our professional stainless steel kitchen — fitted with fridge, freezer, oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, and more than enough work surfaces and equipment to cook for 30+ guests. Hotel-quality crockery, cutlery, and glassware are provided.
What about dietary requirements?
Our professional chef can accommodate all dietary needs including gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, and other requirements. Just let us know when booking. If you're self-catering, the kitchen has everything you need.
Can we bring pets?
Sadly we don't allow pets as there are open fields with sheep behind the Manor. There is a good kennels not too far away — contact details on request.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10.30am. We can sometimes be flexible for groups — just discuss with us when booking.
