We can currently host wedding blessings at the property — the manor and its grounds offer beautiful settings for intimate celebrations. For civil or humanist ceremonies, you'll need a registered venue; Donegal Town has several options just minutes away.
How many guests can the property accommodate?
Donegal Manor can host up to 80 wedding guests in total. Up to 48 guests (max 42 adults) stay overnight across 15 ensuite bedrooms, with additional day guests welcome for the ceremony and reception. There is ample space on the grounds for a marquee.
Do you provide catering?
Yes — Donegal Manor has its own professional chef who can prepare wedding breakfasts, dinners, and celebration meals. You're also welcome to bring your own caterer if you prefer — the professional kitchen is fully equipped for any caterer.
Can we put up a marquee?
Yes, there is ample space on the grounds for a marquee. Couples typically arrange their own marquee hire, and we can recommend local suppliers.
Are there restrictions on music and entertainment?
No — the entire property is exclusively yours, so there are no restrictions on music or entertainment and no closing time. Live bands, DJs, trad sessions — whatever suits your celebration, for as long as you like.
What's included when we book the property?
Exclusive use of all 15 ensuite bedrooms, the professional kitchen, dining and living areas, outdoor spaces, free Wi-Fi, and free parking. You have the run of the entire property for the duration of your stay.
How much does a wedding at Donegal Manor cost?
Wedding weekends start from €6,500 for 2-night exclusive use of the entire property, depending on the season. This includes all accommodation, facilities, and grounds. Catering is priced separately — Donegal Manor can provide catering or you can arrange your own.
