Donegal on the doorstep
Walks in the Bluestacks, surfing at Rossnowlagh, pubs with live music in town. The kind of team bonding that actually works.
Went here with a group of 30. We had a great experience. The space was comfortable, the area was gorgeous, and the industrial kitchen and dishwasher were a real help. The rooms were on a separate floor from the main recreation areas and sound insulation was pretty good. The host was very responsive and accommodating.

Your Retreat, Your Way
Two ways to run it
Strategy & focus
Structured days, informal evenings. Use the lounges and dining area for sessions, the grounds for thinking time, the chef for working lunches. End the day around the fireplace with the conversation that actually matters.
Team bonding
Less agenda, more connection. Hike the Bluestacks, surf at Rossnowlagh, cook together in the kitchen, explore Donegal Town. Let the team reconnect away from Slack and email.
Beyond the Boardroom
Activities for your team
Donegal has more to offer than scenery — though the scenery helps.
Bluestack Mountains
Walks and hikes on the doorstep, all fitness levels. Fresh air, silence, and the kind of perspective you don't get in an office.
Rossnowlagh beach
Surfing lessons for the adventurous, beach walks for the rest. 20 minutes from the Manor.
Donegal Craft Village
Workshops in pottery, weaving, and jewellery-making. A creative team session that's genuinely different.
Pubs & live music
Traditional pubs in Donegal Town with live trad sessions most nights. A 3-minute drive from the Manor.
Donegal Castle
A 15th-century castle right in town. A cultural break between sessions, or an interesting start to the day.
Slieve League cliffs
Among the highest sea cliffs in Europe. A spectacular group outing, about 45 minutes by car.
